AYD are looking for young people aged 15 to 25 from African and Caribbean heritage who are passionate about the arts and creating positive change, to join our AYD Future Creative Leaders programme.

This is a voluntary role with an initial commitment to attend 4 meetings. During this time you will:
Discuss current issues in the arts including:
Creating safe, accessible and inclusive environments
Training, teaching and pathways for a successful career in the arts
Create a plan for how change can be implemented
Develop a sustainable structure for the group to meet up once every 6 to 8 weeks
Connect with peers and network with people who have a passion for the arts and creating change
