Wishing You A Joyous Festive Season

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support throughout the year. We have had some incredible performances including MOVE IT, The Guildhall Art Gallery Event - The Golden Key, Afro Dance Xplosion and representing London at U.Dance. We began our first ever Alumni project, were accepted into a variety of film festivals with the documentary Acceptance, created by Lily Shepherd and Lucy Lipscombe and, after a few challenges, shared our End of Year Dance Show Expansion, at Sadler's Wells Lilian Baylis Studio.

And not forgetting AYD100 Dance Workshop and Scholarship Programme, 4 days of unbelievable workshops and panel discussions with the UK's leading vocational schools and over £120,000 worth of scholarships was awarded to the young people standing testament to their talent and passion.

What a year it has been!

We are grateful to all of our community, who constantly support our work and each other, as we continue to celebrate being able to provide our young people with opportunities, breaking down doors and creating a pathway for them to shine and fulfil their potential.

Thank you to our students, teachers, supporters, sponsors, donors and friends who have contributed to our success and have helped to make this year another truly memorable one!

We do hope that you can join us at our forthcoming events and hope to have the chance to connect with you further in 2023. In the meantime, enjoy life's moments and take care.

Wishing you a wonderful and restful festive season,

All at Artistry Youth Dance

How you can support us this Festive Season

As we head towards the end of another year, we're excited to have some familiar faces still with us and welcome new talent. We are proud of all that we have achieved to date and know that we can continue to develop and nurture the artistry of our dancers.

Artistry Youth Dance is a non-profit community organisation, we rely on our earned income and grants from trusts and companies to support our work. This enables us to keep the programme accessible and to keep our student fees as low as we can. However, we still need to raise funds to help us with running costs to present work and to ensure that we remain visible in the dance sector.

Our goal is to contribute to a more culturally diverse representation of performers in the UK dance industry, our role and our work with young dancers has never been more important.

As we head into the festive season, might you be able to make a donation to support us?

I know that many of us have faced personal and financial challenges during the last year and want to assure you that every single donation, regardless of size, is gratefully received. Your support helps us to inspire young people through dance and to showcase our talented dancers.

How to support us

There are many ways you can support the work we do at Artistry Youth Dance, including making financial donations or speaking to the organisations you are a part of about supporting us.
