View this email in your browser Rehearsal with Alleyne Dance Hello 2022... This week we saw ourselves back in the studio for our first classes of 2022. It was amazing to have all the dancers back together in the studio and taking a moment to set our intentions individually and collectively for the coming year. We would also love to take a moment to welcome Reena Bhattacharjee to the AYD family who will be teaching our Senior Company ballet. We are looking forward to a jam packed year full of lots of exciting events and trips such as The Lewisham Borough of Culture project with the incredible Alleyne Dance Company (as pictured above). The rehearsal was some of our Company dancers first time back in the studio after the festive break. Kristina and Sadé from Alleyne Dance definitely put them through their paces and got the dancers exploring and challenging their physicality. Everyone left exhausted, stimulated and looking forward to the next rehearsal.
